Star Line is pleased to offer a variety of convenient parking options in St. Ignace during the winter months. While the prices and offerings are the same as they’ve been in recent years, we provide this information as a helpful reminder of your many options. FREE Day and Overnight Parking is located at Dock #1 (the Rail Road Dock located next to Mackinac Grille). Star Line will provide free shuttle service to get you to and from your car. Please wait next to the Ticket Booth near the entrance. Our shuttles will drop-off and pick-up in this spot.
FREE Day Parking is located at Dock #2 (just north of Ace Hardware). This is DAY parking only. There is no overnight parking in this lot.
Premium Dock Side Parking is located on Dock #2 along the wooden fence in front of the ticket office. These spots are $7 per day or $7 per night. Please pay prior to boarding the ferry as you will need a ticket showing how many days/nights your car will be parked.
Outdoor Valet Parking is once again available. Let us park your vehicle for you and bring it back to the dock when you are ready for it. The cost is $35.00 per night.
Long Term Permit Parking is located at Dock #2 (just north of the Main Dock, south of The Galley). This is permit parking only and the cost is $50.00 per month (any portion of the month). If you are an Island Resident and had a summer pass for this lot, please know that this is a paid parking lot during winter service. (As a reminder, parking in our Dock #1 lot is FREE throughout the winter.)
